Terms of play

Short and plain, because this is a free beta. By playing, you agree to these terms.

The beta

• Ghost Volley is free to play and still being tested. It may change, break, lose data or go offline at any time.
• It's provided "as is", with no promises that it will always work.

Who can play

• You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Any future prizes, points for coupons or anything with real-world value will be for players aged 18+ only, with their own rules.

Play fair, be kind

• No offensive, hateful or impersonating player names. We may change or remove them.
• No cheating, bots, hacking, or trying to overload or disrupt the game.
• Don't share private information about yourself or others in your player name.
• We may block anyone who breaks these rules.

Points and stats

• Scores, wins and stats in the beta have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything.
• How we handle data is explained on the Privacy page.

Changes and contact

• We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
• Questions or problems: vedanthv999@gmail.com (open email).
